• Child Policy:
  - Children under 12 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding with no breakfast are free of charge. Maximum 2 children
• For Monthly Rates:
  - Water charges are at THB 20/unit and subject to 7% VAT
  - Electricity charges are at THB 6.40/unit and subject to 7% VAT
  - All rooms when in agreement will require a deposit of 1 month upon check in equivalent to the amount being charged as the monthly room rate plus the monthly applicable room rate
  - Deposits will not be refunded if guests would like to cancel the contract or leave the room early, but will be returned only upon expiration of the agreement
  - In the event, the hotel notice that the properties' amenities, furniture and fixtures have been damaged, then the appropriate charges to repair or refurbish will be borne the guest
