Remarks :

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American Breakfast (except monthly stay), 10% service charge, and 7% VAT
• 2 registered guests in One Bedroom Suite, and 4 registered guests in Two Bedroom Suite
• One month advance rental fee and two months security deposit will be required if rental contract is for one year
• Minimum 7 years consecutive stay for weekly basis and 30 nights consecutive nights for monthly basis
• Child Policy:
  - Child under 12 years old will be allowed to share room with parents without additional charge including ABF

  - Special late check out at 4:00 p.m. is available on request and depending on room availability
  - Late check out until 6:00 p.m. will be charged 50% of the room rate
  - Late check out beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate

  - One Bedroom: 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old
