• For contract with period less than 3 months, 1 month deposit (rack rate) and 1 month advance room rental payment are required.
• For contract with period more than 3 months, 2 months deposit (rack rate) and 1 months advance room rental payment are required.

• Child Policy:
• Child under 12 years old  will be charged at THB 400/person/night not inclusive of breakfast
• Check In & Check Out Time:
• Check in: after 2:00 p.m.
• Check out: before 12:00 noon
• Extra charges for early check in before 7:00 a.m. is at the full room rate, and before 2:00 p.m. is at 50% of the room rate
• Extra charges for late check out before 6:00 p.m. is at 50% of the room rate, after 6:00 p.m. is at the full room rate
• Extra Charges:
• Long distance and overseas call is at charged rate plus 20% surcharge
• Extra bed is at THB 550/person/night, not inclusive of breakfast
• Breakfast is at THB 159/person/meal
