• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice

• Maximum of 2 adults per room only. Extra bed can be provided depending on the size of the guest room
• Child Policy:
  - Maximum of only 1 child under 12 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding is allowed
  - Child age 1-3 years old is free of charge on breakfast
  - Child age 4-12 years will be charged THB 140/person/meal for breakfast
  - Child age above 12 years old will be charged THB 280/person/meal for breakfast
• Check In & Check Out Time:
  - Check in: 2:00 p.m.
  - Check out: 12:00 noon
  - Late check out without charge is at 1:00 p.m.
  - Early arrival or late departure will be subject to room availability
  - Late check out until 6:00 p.m. will be charged THB 100/hour
  - Late check out after 6:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate
